Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll, employee relations, HR administration, and statutory compliance for corporate and construction site employees.
Ensure PF, ESI, PT, TDS & Gratuity compliance.
Handle employee grievances, records & final settlements.
Manage onboarding and HR administration.
Ensure compliance with labour laws.
Required Skills:
Robust recruitment & payroll expertise.
Hands-on HRMS/Payroll systems.
Knowledge of Indian labour laws & statutory compliance.
Experience in construction/infrastructure recruitment preferred.
