Job Summary

We are looking for Programme Officers to join our talented Programme Management team. The Programme Officers will have the responsibility of assisting Leads in all aspects of ensuring smooth delivery and impact from our different programmes. The candidate should be comfortable with a startup setting managing rapid paced development and frequently changing requirements.
Responsibilities
External coordination Engage with clients, partners, donors to understand their needs, requirements and provide them an understanding of Gram Vaani s offerings, processes, etc
Internal coordination Intra and inter team coordination in the organization to align with project/ intervention specific deliverables, follow-up on timely delivery, etc
Work with the project and research lead/ team to participate in primary and secondary research/ needs assessment exercises, developing surveys, MEL tool, and creating detailed reports on observations and insights received through such exercises
Work with project and content lead/ team to assist in developing campaign plan,



along with designing implementation strategy and plan
Work in close collaboration with project/ program lead/ team to monitor and manage program/ campaign implementation with regular follow-ups with all teams involved
Analyze data and send recommendations to the customers/ clients; develop data driven analytical skills to provide feedback on program performance
Periodic and project reporting
Any other task assigned by the management / vertical lead

Engage with external partner social sector organizations in the domains where Gram Vaani works like Gender Child rights, Workforce Labour rights, Education, livelihoods, financial inclusion, and Governance, Youth Empowerment Skilling Offering ICT community media solutions to address the outreach and engagement needs of partner organizations) to understand their needs and operational models
