Role Purpose

To enable the CEO to operate effectively by managing priorities, driving follow-through and ensuring disciplined coordination across commercial, manufacturing, finance, HR and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEOs calendar, meetings, travel, correspondence and daily priorities.
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, briefing notes and minutes for leadership, board and investor meetings.
Maintain a CEO Action Tracker with explicit owners, deadlines and status updates.
Follow up with functional heads to ensure decisions and commitments are executed on time.
Coordinate the company’s weekly and monthly operating reviews across sales, production, quality, supply chain, finance and HR.
Consolidate MIS and dashboards covering sales, pipeline, production, rejection, inventory, dispatch, collections, costs and key risks.
Support investor communication, board documentation and confidential strategic projects.
Coordinate customer meetings, plant visits,



partnership discussions and significant external engagements.
Review incoming matters, identify priorities and escalate critical issues promptly.
Ensure meeting decisions are documented, communicated and taken to closure.
Maintain structured records of contracts, approvals, policies and key CEO communications.
Work closely with the founders, leadership team and functional heads while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Support special initiatives such as capacity expansion, new-market entry, sustainability certifications and strategic partnerships.
Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively remind stakeholders before deadlines are missed.
