Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in building a career in recruitment and HR.

The intern will gain hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Search and identify suitable candidates based on job descriptions and hiring requirements.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against defined criteria.
Conduct initial candidate calls to understand experience, skills, availability,



and salary expectations.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and documentation.
Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist recruiters in preparing candidate profiles and maintaining recruitment MIS.
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support the team in meeting daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Assist with other Talent Acquisition and HR activities as required.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
Good proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidate profiles.
