Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Candidate of Commercial Sales to lead our sales operations in the Delhi NCR region, with a focus on Noida and Greater Noida markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate and a proven track record in channel sales and commercial sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Spearhead channel sales and commercial sales activities across the Delhi NCR region, with a special focus on Noida and Greater Noida.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring effective execution of business strategies to achieve targeted goals.
Channel Support: Provide comprehensive channel support, including product training, to ensure the sales team is well-equipped to meet objectives.
Sales & Marketing Tools: Utilize advanced sales and marketing tools to drive business growth and enhance the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
Market Knowledge:



Leverage in-depth knowledge of the Noida and Greater Noida real estate markets to identify opportunities and drive sales performance.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with overall business goals.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and channel partners.

Experience: 20+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on the Noida and Greater Noida markets.
Leadership: Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
