Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales pipeline, nurturing key client relationships, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and close recent business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers and develop and maintain corporate, travel agent, government, and institutional accounts.
Revenue Generation: Generate room nights, banquet business, conferences, weddings, and MICE revenue and identify current business opportunities and market segments while achieving monthly and annual revenue targets
Sales Strategy:



Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the companys customer base. Also participate in trade fairs, networking events, and sales promotions.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead commercial negotiations, prepare compelling proposals, and close contracts efficiently.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, market competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to optimize sales tactics.
Team Leadership: Conduct site inspections and familiarization trips for potential clients. Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Banquets, and Operations teams for smooth execution of business.
Keeping with trends: Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 5 years of B2B or B2C Hotel sales experience (experience level will dictate title alignment) in Hospitality field.

Work experience in (4 / 5) property with proven records of revenue generation, business expansion and market pene
