Roles and Responsibilities:
Ownership Manage Team, Process, Services in Infra , Security and System Support
Support Lead for Infra, DB, Systems, Applications, and liaison with Tech Teams for 247 system maintenance, issue closure with root cause finding/ analysis
Provide Level 2/ Level 3 production support and manage incident resolution against established SLA.
Maintain and update application configuration including user security as needed to meet the business requirement.
Plan and ensure timely housekeeping and Infrastructure maintenance activities to support Application health.
Required Technical Skills :
Seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure leader with 10+ years in mission-critical systems on-Prem Cloud.
Robust technical expertise in Cloud, DevOps, Networking, and proven leadership in team, process, and budget management.
