Job Overview

We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US Staffing and be comfortable managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other platforms.
Screen and qualify candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
Build and maintain talent pipelines.
Work closely with hiring managers and account teams.
Manage the recruitment process through offer and onboarding stages.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.
Experience recruiting for IT roles.
Solid sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and job boards.
Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models is preferred.
