QS & Billing Engineer – Civil Construction

Job Summary:
We are looking for a QS & Billing Engineer with 4+ years of experience in residential, commercial, villa, or high-rise construction projects. The role involves quantity estimation, contractor billing, measurements, BOQ management, and project cost tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review BOQs, quantity estimates, and measurement sheets.
Verify site measurements and contractor/subcontractor bills.
Prepare and check RA Bills, final bills, and abstracts.
Reconcile quantities of cement, steel, concrete, blocks, and other materials.
Track BOQ quantities, variations, extra items, and deviations.
Review drawings and coordinate with site and planning teams.
Perform rate analysis and support cost estimation.
Maintain billing, work order,



measurement, and variation records.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
Support project MIS, cost reports, and final account settlements.

Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
4+ years of experience in QS & Billing.
Experience in building construction, real estate, residential, commercial, villa, or high-rise projects.
Solid knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, measurements, RA Bills, rate analysis, and reconciliation.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
