Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support to students, faculty, staff, and administrative teams. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, classroom technology, and other IT-related issues to ensure smooth operations across the institute.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level IT support to faculty, staff, students, and administrative teams.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, smart boards, and other IT equipment.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related issues.
Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, email, browsers, and commonly used educational applications.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and connectivity issues.
Provide technical support in classrooms, laboratories, meeting rooms, and administrative offices.
Assist with setup and troubleshooting of projectors, displays, audio/video equipment, and online teaching facilities.
Create, configure,



and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions as required.
Maintain an inventory of IT hardware, software, networking equipment, and accessories.
Maintain records of IT assets, repairs, replacements, and service requests.
Monitor and follow up on hardware/software repairs with external vendors.
Install software, updates, antivirus, drivers, and security patches as required.
Assist with basic data backup, system security, and IT policy compliance.
Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues within defined timelines.
Escalate complex technical issues to the IT Manager/System Administrator or relevant vendor.
Support online examinations, presentations, seminars, events, and other institute activities requiring IT assistance.
Prepare basic IT reports and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure IT facilities remain operational and available during institute
