Requirements
7 to 12 years of experience
Good problem-solving skills
Valuable leadership skills, should have experience of managing teams of size 15 or higher
Strong technical skills, should have experience in SQL Server, SQL-writing, and understanding of C#/.NET/OOPS concepts
Should have valuable crisis management skills to handle pressure from project challenges
8 to 12 years of experience
Excellent communication skills, should be able to converse with client senior management confidently
Positive leadership skills, should have experience of managing teams of size 10 or higher
Should have experience in managing implementations and/or business transformation programs from requirement analysis to post implementation stage
Having technical skills in SQL Server, SQL-writing, and understanding of C#/.NET/OOPS concepts is a plus
