Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise virtualization infrastructure.
Manage and troubleshoot VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and related virtualization technologies.
Monitor virtual machines, hosts, clusters, resource utilization, and overall infrastructure performance.
Perform VM provisioning, migration, cloning, snapshots, patching, and capacity management.
Handle HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion and virtualization cluster administration.
Troubleshoot virtualization, compute, storage, and connectivity-related issues.
Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements for virtual environments.
Coordinate with Network, Storage, Security, and Server teams for infrastructure-related activities.
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, incident reports, and change records.
Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and optimization projects.

Mandatory / Preferred Skills
Strong hands-on experience in VMware virtualization technologies.




Valuable knowledge of vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS and vMotion.
Experience with Windows/Linux server environments.
Good understanding of SAN/NAS, storage, networking, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
Experience in virtualization monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Candidate Profile
3–8 years of relevant experience in Virtualization / VMware Administration.
Candidates with solid hands-on infrastructure experience will be preferred.
Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Period candidates preferred.
Should be comfortable working in an enterprise IT infrastructure workplace.

Pay: ₹345,615.06 - ₹600,000.00 per year
