Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to oversee end-to-end manufacturing and operational activities at our electronics manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in EMS operations, production planning, supply chain coordination, process improvement, and team management.

The role requires a results-driven skilled capable of driving productivity, operational efficiency, quality compliance, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Operations Management
Oversee overall plant operations including production, planning, quality, maintenance, stores, and dispatch.
Ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities to achieve production targets and customer delivery commitments.
Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and utilization.

Production Planning & Control




Coordinate with planning teams for production scheduling based on customer demand forecasts.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Process Improvement
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve throughput and reduce waste.
Drive cost reduction and operational excellence programs.

Team Leadership
Lead cross-functional manufacturing teams including production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse operations.
Mentor and develop team members to improve operational performance and accountability.

Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and process controls.
Support internal and external audits related to ISO and customer compliance requirements.
