Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized fashion and styling consultations to customers.
Understand client preferences, requirements, body type, and lifestyle to recommend suitable outfits.
Maintain solid knowledge of current fashion trends, collections, fabrics, fits, and styling techniques.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients.
Handle premium/luxury customers with a high level of professionalism.
Conduct client follow-ups and encourage repeat purchases.
Assist customers with complete looks, including outfit coordination and accessories.
Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is presented according to brand standards.
Support new team members with product knowledge and styling guidance.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the design, merchandising, and store teams to ensure smooth customer service.

Qualifications
