Job Summary

The Transparency Team is a Front Office development team responsible for the development of cross-asset automated pricing and risk systems, primarily focused on FICC derivatives. The team works directly with global sales/trading/quant teams on the development of applications incorporating pricing and risk models used for electronic trading.

Position Overview The Transparency Team is looking for a senior-level software engineer in Trivandrum, India to join our core pricing/risk services development team.
Requirements
Essentials
7+ years Java development experience building enterprise software for data-intensive applications
Robust Core Java knowledge, JDK 17+
Strong understanding and experience with multi-threaded programming
Experience with implementing automated unit, integration, regression testing into CI/CD pipelines
Ability to work with sales/trading/quant teams on implementing pricing/risk models into high throughput streaming data pipelines




Ability to work with eTrading/infrastructure teams on productive distribution of pricing/risk model outputs to facilitate low-latency trading
Highly desirable
Experience developing high-performance real-time streaming systems over a variety of protocols
Solid knowledge of pricing/risk of FICC derivatives products (Swaps/Forwards/Options)
Experience optimizing tradeoffs between throughput and latency in system design
Candidate should also be or have
Ability to plan, evaluate, recommend, design, operationalize, and support solutions in compliance with enterprise and industry regulatory requirements for G-SIB (Global Systemically Important Bank)
Ability to work on multiple initiatives at the same time
Familiar with Agile, and SDLC processes
