Job OverviewBistro Bliss Cafe is looking for an experienced and reliable Cook on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate must be skilled in preparing traditional Indian Thalis as well as popular Indo-Chinese dishes. We offer competitive pay along with free food and accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality Indian Thalis (North Indian dishes, dal, sabzi, roti, rice) and popular Chinese items (noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, momos, etc.).
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene.
Manage daily kitchen prep work and maintain inventory cleanliness.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen standard at all times.
Follow food safety guidelines and hygiene standards.





Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Cook specializing in both Indian Thali and Chinese Cuisine.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a commercial cafe environment.
Strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and punctual preparation.
Immediate availability to join.

Work Schedule & Location
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Days Off: Fixed Sunday off
