Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, taxation, project accounting, cash flow management, audits, statutory compliance, and supervising the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including General Ledger, AP, AR, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny.
Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, bank reconciliations, and financial analysis.
Handle GST, TDS, tax reconciliation, return filing, and statutory compliances.
Manage project accounting, project cost tracking, budgeting, and expense monitoring for real estate projects.
Monitor cash flow, cash forecasting, banking transactions, fund requirements, and treasury activities.
Oversee payroll accounting, utility payments, bank deposits, and other financial transactions.
Maintain accounting records related to property transactions, agreements, project expenses, and fixed assets.
Coordinate with statutory auditors,



consultants, banks, and internal departments.
Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and audits.
Analyze revenue and expenditure variances and provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
Establish and maintain effective accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial systems.
Supervise the accounts team and ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned activities.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
510 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience in Tally (latest version), MS Excel, and accounting/ERP software.
Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Project Accounting will be preferred.
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
