Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans accordingly.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, employee references, social media and other channels.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates for suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and management.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining and ensure smooth onboarding coordination.
Hiring & Vacancy Management
Work on multiple vacancies simultaneously and ensure positions are closed within the defined timelines.
Maintain accurate vacant, shortlisted, selected, offered and joined candidate data.
Follow up regularly on open positions and recruitment priorities.
Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
Support hiring across different departments and locations as required.
Recruitment Sourcing




Actively use Naukri and other recruitment portals for candidate sourcing.
Develop alternative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-close positions.
Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
Conduct regular calling and follow-up with candidates.
Track sourcing performance, interviews, selections and joining ratios.
Recruitment Coordination & Reporting
Maintain daily recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Share daily/weekly recruitment updates with the reporting manager.
Track recruitment funnel metrics such as:
Profiles sourced
Candidates contacted
Candidates shortlisted
Interviews scheduled
Candidates selected
Offers released
Candidates joined
Vacancies closed
Prepare recruitment MIS and hiring status reports as required.
Field Recruitment Support
Participate in field recruitment drives/job fairs/campus hiring activities whenever require
