Job Description
Solid experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
Hands-on with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph/Langchain
Experience with Microsoft agent frameworks (AutoGen and Semantic Kernel)
Ability to build and manage hosted AI agents
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience with API development (e.g., FastAPI)
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction
Experience working with both structured and unstructured data: Structured data integration (e.g., Microsoft Fabric), Unstructured data handling (e.g., documents, files) using RAG, Azure AI Search
Experience with Azure OpenAI, including LLMs and embedding models
Understanding of authentication and access control: User authentication using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Implementation of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Knowledge of Responsible AI and LLMOps practices: Guardrails and content safety, LLM evaluation techniques (e.g., LLM-as-a-judge), Performance monitoring and metrics,



Human-in-the-loop workflows
Exposure to Power BI dashboard integration and automation
Experience deploying agents across channels: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Custom web applications
