About the Role
Its a customer-facing sales role based at the premium mall location. In this role, you will assist customers by providing them complete product knowledge & in purchasing gold and silver coins and bars through our gold and silver vending machine.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote brand and products through vending machines at assigned locations.
• Assist customers in operating vending machines and provide product information.
• Collect and share customer feedback for service improvement
• Represent the company professionally and maintain brand image.

Preferred Experience - Retail Sales or Any other frontline sales/customer service experience mandatory.

Location - Inorbit Mall, Malad/Oberoi Mall, Goregaon/Viviana Mall, Thane/Nexus Mall, Seawoods/Inorbit Mall, Vashi/Orion Mall, Panvel

Preferred Qualifications - HSC/Graduate

Working days - 6 days (1 week off)

Work Timings - 9-hour shift
