Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, developing business opportunities, and converting prospects into clients. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, market research, and a results-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients, industries, and business opportunities through various channels.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, events, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable Stratefix consulting solutions.




Conduct initial discussions with prospects and effectively communicate the value proposition of Stratefix.
Convert qualified leads into business opportunities and support the sales process until closure.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Develop current business opportunities through market research, networking, conferences, seminars, and industry events.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Execute business development and sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Prepare and implement sales plans to consistently achieve or exceed assigned targets.
Coordinate with internal consulting, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth client communication and execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities.
