Civil Site Engineer – Job Description

Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The candidate will ensure that work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
Check construction work according to approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and other site teams.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and daily site progress.
Ensure proper execution of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, and other civil works.
Take measurements and verify quantities of completed work.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Ensure quality of materials and workmanship as per project requirements.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.




Coordinate inspections and ensure timely correction of defects.
Follow all health, safety, and environmental requirements at the construction site.
Assist in preparing material requirements and work schedules.
Ensure the project is completed within the required time, cost, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Relevant experience in construction/site supervision is preferred.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Office.
Positive understanding of civil construction methods, drawings, and measurements.
Ability to coordinate with site workers and contractors.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
