Job Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head Fire Protection Systems to lead business development and project acquisition in the Fire Fighting & Fire Protection industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying current project opportunities, developing client relationships, generating enquiries, and converting fire protection projects from enquiry to order.

Key Responsibilities
Lead sales and business development activities for fire protection and fire-fighting projects.
Identify and acquire recent projects across industrial, commercial, residential, warehouses, manufacturing plants, infrastructure and other sectors.
Develop robust relationships with developers, builders, industrial clients, consultants, MEP consultants, architects, EPC contractors and project management companies.
Generate and follow up on enquiries, tenders, RFQs and project leads.
Understand project requirements and coordinate with the Design, Estimation and Projects teams for technical and commercial proposals.




Drive complete project acquisition cycle from lead generation, enquiry, negotiation and proposal submission to order closure.
Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations and contracts with clients.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Track upcoming construction and industrial projects to identify potential fire protection opportunities at an early stage.
Develop new accounts while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
Coordinate with consultants and clients for technical approvals, material approvals, drawings and project requirements during the pre-order stage.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing to develop effective sales strategies.
Conduct regular client meetings, site visits and project discussions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order closures.
