Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, confident, and courteous Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a school workplace.

Key Responsibilities Manage the school reception and ensure a warm and qualified welcome for visitors, parents, and students.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as required.
Assist parents and visitors with information regarding school processes, schedules, and appointments.
Coordinate appointments and meetings with school management, teachers, and administrative staff.
Handle day-to-day front desk and administrative activities.




Maintain and update records, registers, and relevant documentation.
Support the admissions and administration team when required.
Coordinate with teachers and other departments to resolve routine queries.
Ensure the reception area is organised, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Assist during school events, parent meetings, and other school activities.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in front office, reception, administration, customer service, or a similar role.
Prior experience in a school/educational institution will be an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Solid organisational and multitasking abilities.
