Ideally, Im looking for candidates who can show they have personally:
Led stakeholder discovery and translated business processes into a target-state architecture.
Designed enterprise Jira / Confluence / JSM structures from the ground up.
Made architectural decisions around issue hierarchy, workflows, data models, permissions, governance and integrations.
Designed across Product, Engineering, QA and/or PMO settings.
Built proof-of-concepts or validated architecture before full implementation.
Established platform standards to prevent excessive project-level customisation.
Led adoption and operating-model change, rather than simply implementing requested configurations.
Solid hands-on Atlassian capability is still significant, but I need the profile to lean more towards Solutions Architect / Enterprise Atlassian Architect than Senior Jira Administrator or Atlassian Operations Lead.
