Role & responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Zonal HRs and recruitment specialists across locations.
Drive accountability and performance management of Zonal HR teams for recruitment delivery.
Ensure alignment of regional hiring activities with organizational talent acquisition strategies.
Conduct regular reviews with Zonal HRs to track manpower fulfillment, recruitment effectiveness, and workforce trends.
Preferred candidate profile
Relevant Experience in recruitment
Team handling experience
Relevant experience in Banking/ NBFC industry
