Key Responsibilities:
Review tenders, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
Prepare rate analysis, cost estimates, and bid evaluations.
Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts, work orders, and purchase orders.
Monitor project budgets, billing, variations, and commercial performance.
Manage subcontractor agreements, certifications, and payments.
Handle claims, EOTs, change orders, and dispute resolution.
Coordinate with procurement, planning, billing, and project teams.
Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation measures.
Prepare commercial MIS reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports.

Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
MBA/PG Diploma in Construction Management (Preferred).

Experience:
2–8 years in building construction projects.
Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, township, hotel, or industrial projects.
