Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via calls to provide information about renewable energy products and services.
Advise customers on suitable renewable energy solutions based on their needs.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales representative
Handle customer queries and provide timely support and assistance.
Transfer calls to team leaders o when required.
Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve products and services.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills with robust English proficiency and grammar.
Valuable listening skills with a patient and customer-friendly approach.
Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Graduate and post-graduate candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
