Role Overview

The Associate Manager - Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of field executives while driving retailer onboarding, engagement, and business growth within the assigned territory. The role requires robust leadership, field execution, performance management, and relationship-building skills to expand the retailer network and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of field executives to achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Monitor daily field activities and ensure adherence to operational standards and productivity expectations.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and field visits to improve team effectiveness.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of current team members whenever required.

Business Development
Identify, onboard, and develop recent retailers and pharmacy partners within the assigned territory.




Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to ensure long-term engagement and business growth.
Drive retailer activation, retention, and repeat business through continuous engagement.
Develop market expansion strategies to increase network coverage and business penetration.

Sales Performance Management
Ensure achievement of assigned business targets for both individual and team performance.
Monitor key performance metrics and take corrective actions to improve productivity.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and submit regular sales, activity, and market intelligence reports.

Field Execution
Ensure smooth coordination between field teams and internal stakeholders for seamless execution.
Maintain discipline and compliance with company processes during field operations.
