The role requires someone who understands the quick-paced nature of hospitality, where manpower availability, employee retention, attendance, discipline and quick recruitment directly impact daily operations.
The HR Manager will act as a bridge between Management, Operations and Employees, ensuring that people-related matters are handled efficiently while maintaining a skilled and positive work workplace.
