Requirements :
4 to 7+ years of experience in process automation projects (Mainly Dairy products)
Robust hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming using TIA Portal, and SIMATIC Manager.
Robust hands-on experience with Siemens SCADA WinCC
Valuable understanding of process control concepts and industrial automation systems.
Experience with FAT, SAT, and commissioning is mandatory.
Knowledge of Intouch SCADA is added advantage
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, ASI).
Willingness to travel for site commissioning and project support.
Responsibilities :
Develop and test PLC programs using Siemens PLC platforms (S7-1200/1500/300/400) using TIA Portal.
Understand process requirements, P&IDs;, and control philosophies to implement automation logic.
Configure and integrate field instruments, MCCs, VFDs, and third-party systems.
Execute and support FAT, SAT, and site commissioning, including troubleshooting and startup.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams during project execution.
Prepare and maintain essential project documentation, backups, and as-built deliverables.
