Role & Responsibilities:
Perform CFD simulations for centrifugal compressors, turbines, turbochargers, and electric compressor applications.
Develop fluid domains using CATIA, OnShape, and ANSYS SpaceClaim.
Generate high-quality tetrahedral and hexahedral meshes using ICEM CFD, TurboGrid, and ANSYS Mesher.
Execute CFD analysis using ANSYS Fluent and CFX to evaluate aerodynamic performance and flow characteristics.
Analyze and interpret simulation results, prepare technical reports, and present findings to engineering stakeholders.
Support product development and design optimization activities through simulation-driven recommendations.
Ensure compliance with established CFD best practices and quality standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Aeronautical Engineering.
4 to 8 years of experience in CFD analysis of turbomachinery, compressors, turbines, or turbochargers.
Robust experience with ANSYS Fluent, CFX, ICEM CFD, TurboGrid, CATIA, and SpaceClaim.
Knowledge of rotating machinery aerodynamics and thermal-fluid analysis.
Exposure to Python programming is an advantage.
Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
