Position: Production Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Production Manager to coordinate daily production activities, manage the production team, monitor quality, and ensure timely completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily production activities.
Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion.
Supervise and coordinate production staff.
Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
Monitor product quality and ensure required standards are maintained.
Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Sales, and other departments.
Monitor raw material availability and minimize wastage.
Identify production issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Maintain daily production records and reports.




Monitor machine usage and report maintenance requirements.
Ensure proper workplace safety and discipline.
Support process improvements to improve productivity and efficiency.
Prepare regular production updates for Management.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
Experience in the textile industry is preferred.
Basic knowledge of production planning and workflow management.
Positive team coordination and leadership skills.
Robust communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and production reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
