Educational Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.

Demonstrated Experience:
12 - 18 years of skilled experience in design, coordination, supervision, or execution of MEP systems for large infrastructure/ building projects.
Experience in healthcare/hospital projects shall be preferred.
Preferably worked in designing 100+ bedded hospitals
Preferably atleast 2 hospital or healthcare projects considering complexity like medical gas systems, HVAC for sterile zones, electrical and water load balancing.
Electrical design and implementation of high-rise buildings commercial/hospital buildings.

Skills
Experience in HVAC, electrical systems, firefighting systems, plumbing, drainage, ELV systems, and utility coordination.
Proficiency in relevant design and coordination software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, ETAP,



HAP, or equivalent tools.
Experience in multidisciplinary coordination with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants.
Familiarity with national and international codes/standards such as NBC, CPWD, IS Codes, NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC, or equivalent.
Preferred certifications in LEED AP/ IGBC AP, Revit MEP / BIM modelling, Fire safety.
Experience in site supervision, testing & commissioning, quality assurance, and contractor coordination.
Solid project management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Design Phase
Review and coordinate MEP designs with architectural and structural drawings.
Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and design calculations for MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for effective planning
