We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The role mainly involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining company services, Schedule follow-up calls, and converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Schedule follow-ups.
Maintain daily call reports and customer database.
Achieve assigned call and conversion targets
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Eligibility & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th/Any Graduate
Fresher or candidates with telesales / telecalling experience preferred
Valuable communication skills in English and/or regional language
Ability to work with targets and handle customer objections
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualification, Experience, CTC:
Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate.
Experience in Stock Market/Advisory/Broking/Telesales/BPO industry is a must.
Enthusiastic, positive, and energetic approach.
Salary: 15,000 to 35,000 INR
