Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will play a key technical role in feature development, provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Architects, Kanban master, QA and PM to deliver high quality work
Complex features development
Regular code review and mentoring of regular developers working on features
Provide positive code coverage in unit and integration testing
Be ready for every day technical decisions
Professional communication with other cross-functional team representatives
Be ready for sustenance in areas under engineer responsibility
Required Skills




5+ years of experience in enterprise application design and development.
3+ years of experience in backend application development.
Proven ability to deliver technical solutions and provide implementation support.
2 3 years of experience building scalable distributed systems using Java and cloud technologies.Strong technical background in enterprise software development.
Solid knowledge of Java (Java 8 and above) and Java Runtime fundamentals.
Ability to provide technical mentorship and leadership to junior team members.
Hands-on experience with coding, code reviews, and software development best practices.
Strong foundation in computer science, algorithms, data structures, software design, and distributed systems.
Experience with performance optimization, code profiling, and Java runtime analysis
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with managed database
