Position Grade: A2 (1–4 Years of Experience)

Compensation: Up to ₹5.5 LPA

Shift: Night Shift (Work from Office)
Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process, preferably in the Healthcare domain.
Robust experience in handling customer queries, escalations, and case management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with strong comprehension abilities.
Positive working knowledge of MS Office applications, web-based tools,



email platforms, and data entry.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
Willingness to work from the office.
Key Responsibilities Communicate with US insurance companies to review claim status and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR).
Analyse and document denial reasons accurately.
Update claim status, case notes, and follow-up actions in the relevant systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Meet defined productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all client and organizational policies.
