osition: Product Designer / Industrial Designer

Job Purpose

To drive user-centric product design and innovation for current product development, while preserving design intent and delivering aesthetically appealing, functional, and market-relevant product solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Own and maintain design intent throughout the Current Product Development (NPD) process in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Apply design thinking and user-centric design principles to identify customer needs, pain points, and market opportunities.
Conduct user and market research, analyze trends, and translate insights into creative product concepts.
Develop product styling, form, aesthetics, techno-aesthetic details, fit, and functionality.
Lead development of models, prototypes, and concept validation to evaluate product desirability, usability, and functionality.
Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Marketing,



and other CFT members to ensure successful product development without compromising design intent.
Track emerging design trends, technologies, and industry developments and incorporate relevant ideas into product solutions.
Create and present new product concepts and finalized design solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop product graphics and visual concepts aligned with the company's future product pipeline.
Contribute to the development of future innovation pipelines, design libraries, and sample/component libraries.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelors Degree or Master’s Degree in Design is required.
Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Transportation Design, or a related discipline preferred.
Relevant experience in product/industrial design and recent product development will be preferred.
