Position: Leader / Manager – International Business

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, International Trade, or related field

Experience: 5+ years in International Business / Exports within the pharmaceutical industry

Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented professional to manage and expand our International Business operations in regulated and semi-regulated markets. The role involves handling overseas clients, distributors, exports, and business development activities to drive global growth of our pharmaceutical portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

International Business Development
Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities
Appoint, manage, and maintain relationships with overseas distributors and clients
Handle negotiations, pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements




Achieve export sales targets and market expansion goals

Export & Documentation
Coordinate export orders, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation
Work closely with logistics, finance, and production teams for smooth order execution
Monitor payment collections, LC documentation, and receivables

Product & Market Coordination
Promote company products in international markets
Coordinate product registrations, dossiers, and regulatory requirements (as applicable)
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Support participation in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, International Trade, or related field
2–8 years of experience in International Business / Exports within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong knowledge of export
