We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Factory QC Officer/Executive to ensure that raw materials, production processes, and finished products meet the required quality standards. The role involves conducting inspections, identifying defects, maintaining quality records, coordinating with production teams, and implementing corrective actions to minimize quality issues.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Inspection
Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and packaging materials as per defined quality standards.
Conduct in-process inspections at different stages of production.
Inspect finished products before dispatch.
Identify defects, deviations, and quality issues and report them promptly.
Ensure products meet approved specifications and quality requirements.
Production Quality Control
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Conduct regular quality checks during manufacturing.
Ensure proper sampling and testing procedures are followed.
Coordinate with the Production team to address quality concerns.




Stop or hold production/materials when reliable quality deviations are identified, as per company procedures.
Defect & Non-Conformance Management
Identify, document, and segregate defective or non-conforming materials/products.
Maintain records of rejected, reworked, and approved materials.
Investigate recurring quality issues and support root-cause analysis.
Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with the concerned departments.
Follow up to ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
Quality Documentation
Maintain inspection reports, test reports, checklists, and quality records.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly QC reports.
Maintain records of incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
Ensure proper documentation and traceability of products and batches.
Assist in preparing quality-related documents for audits.
