Job Summary

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Executive Assistant with around 1 year of experience to provide administrative and coordination support to senior management.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, good email-writing ability, solid follow-up skills, and basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace. The candidate should be comfortable handling multiple tasks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining skilled communication.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the executive's daily calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Coordinate meetings with internal teams, clients, candidates, and external stakeholders.
Handle professional email communication, including drafting, responding, and following up on emails.
Prepare meeting schedules, reminders, and follow-up lists.
Maintain important documents, records, reports, and trackers.




Follow up with different teams and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other administrative requirements when required.
Prepare basic presentations, Excel sheets, reports, and documents.
Maintain confidentiality of company and management-related information.
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, candidates, and employees.
Assist management with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
Track pending tasks and provide timely updates to management.

Required Skills
1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good skilled email-writing skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
