We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to support our GCC recruitment operations. The role involves contacting potential candidates, explaining available GCC job opportunities, generating candidate leads, and coordinating follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective candidates.
Explain GCC job vacancies, eligibility, salary, and recruitment procedures.
Generate and maintain candidate leads.
Follow up with interested candidates and schedule interviews.
Maintain accurate candidate records and call updates.
Coordinate with the recruitment team for candidate screening and selection.
Support recruitment targets and lead conversion.
Maintain qualified communication with candidates.

Requirements




Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Positive convincing and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and willing to learn.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Training will be provided to selected candidates.
Previous telecalling, sales, or recruitment experience is an advantage.

Probation Period: 3 Months
Work Mode: Full-Time, On-Site
Location: Thiruvananthapuram

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
