Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment across IT, Non-IT and Sales roles.
Manage the complete employee onboarding and exit process.
Coordinate interviews, offers, joining documentation and candidate follow-ups.
Support employees with grievances and day-to-day HR matters.
Maintain recruitment, employee and HR records accurately.
Work closely with the HR Manager and Management on hiring and employee-related requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR/recruitment experience.
Strong experience in end-to-end hiring across multiple functions.
Mature, dependable and skilled approach with a low-ego, team-first attitude.
Valuable communication and people-handling skills.
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment.
Proactive, accountable and eager to learn and take ownership.
