Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided database.
Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects.
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers to clients.
Schedule site visits for interested customers.
Maintain daily call records and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with Sales Executives for client meetings.
Maintain qualified communication and customer relationship.
Skills Required:Valuable communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati / Basic English).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp handling).
Polite and convincing personality.
Ability to achieve daily calling targets.
