Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Pega application development (adjust based on role level).
Solid knowledge of Pega Platform (PRPC), Case Management, BPM, and Decisioning.
Experience with:
Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC)
Data Pages
Activities and Flows
Case Types
UI Design
Report Definitions
Integration Services (REST/SOAP)
Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
Solid SQL and database knowledge.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Pega Certified System Architect (CSA).
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) is a plus.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and deployment pipelines.
Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is preferred.
