Inventory management: managing the stock levels of the warehouse, replenishing items out of stock, and strategizing stock control.
Vendor management: managing relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Reporting: preparing reports on stock levels, sales, and other relevant metrics.
Coordinate and manage the scheduling of staff and dispatch of goods
Monitor the shipment of goods to ensure timely delivery
Resolve any issues or delays in the dispatch process
Ensure compliance with transport laws and regulations
Train and supervise dispatch staff and drivers
Maintain records of dispatches, routes, and vehicles
Implement and oversee safety procedures and protocols
Communicate with customers to provide updates on dispatch and delivery timings




Review and implement strategies to improve dispatch operations
Manage and maintain the dispatch budget and monitor expenditure
Ensure vehicles and equipment are regularly maintained and serviced
Handle and resolve customer complaints or queries related to dispatch
Generate invoices/eway bills and any other documentation per se
Manage stock in software
Purchase/ sales bills to recorded

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
