Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greets guests, takes orders accurately, and processes payments via cash registers or POS (Point of Sale) systems. [1, 2]
Food Preparation: Prepares and packages food and drink items (including flame-grilled burgers) following exact brand recipes, quality controls, and hygiene standards. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Cleanliness & Sanitation: Cleans the dining area, kitchen workstations, counters, restrooms, and exterior grounds regularly. [1, 2]
Stock Management: Unloads deliveries, organizes inventory, and stocks the storage rooms and cold/freezer units using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods. [1, 3, 4, 5]
