Role Overview:
The role involves managing end-to-end coordination with lenders, supporting fundraising initiatives, ensuring regulatory and covenant compliance, and enabling seamless data flow between internal teams and external financial institutions. The candidate will play a key role in strengthening lender relationships and supporting funding strategies for the NBFC.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a single point of contact for lenders including Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, and other Financial Institutions
Manage lender onboarding end-to-end, including due diligence, documentation, legal coordination, and operational readiness in line with NBFC policies and regulatory requirements.
Support fundraising ac vi es by preparing lender proposals, data rooms, financial models, and presentations for securing debt funding.
Coordinate with lenders for transactions such as term loans, working capital lines, securitization, direct assignment, and co-lending arrangements.
Share periodic MIS, pool performance reports, collection efficiency data,



and portfolio analytics with lenders as per agreed formats and timelines.
Handle lender due diligence requirements including data submissions, audit queries, and ongoing monitoring requests.
Track and ensure compliance with lender covenants, including financial ratios, pool performance benchmarks, and reporting obligations.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective lenders to enhance funding access and optimize cost of funds.
Maintain and update lender trackers, funding pipelines, sanction limits, and disbursement schedules.
Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Collections, Finance, Legal, Technology) to ensure accuracy and timeliness of lender-related deliverables.
Assist in structuring transactions and supporting documentation for various funding instruments.
Support preparation of investor decks, board notes, and lender presentations for strategic discussions.
