Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the real-estate industry. The candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting processes, GST compliance, taxation, and statutory filings, along with positive attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and other accounting documents.
Manage GST-related activities, including GST calculations, returns, reconciliations, and compliance.
Handle TDS and other tax-related filings and compliance.
Assist with income-tax-related documentation and filings.
Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports.
Reconcile GST, bank, vendor, and customer accounts.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants,



and statutory authorities when required.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance.
Ensure timely completion of statutory filings and payments.
Support management with accounting reports and financial information.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as required.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real-estate industry.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory filings.
Positive understanding of general accounting principles.
Experience with accounting software such as Tally / ERP.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred
Prior experience with real-estate/project accounting.
Knowledge of real-estate transactions
