About the Role
UXDLAB Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, creating, executing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for engaging target audiences, generating leads, and improving campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns based on business objectives.
Create engaging email content, subject lines, newsletters, promotional emails, and campaign copies.
Manage email lists, segmentation, and audience targeting.
Schedule and monitor email campaigns to ensure timely delivery.
Track key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversions.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, email content, CTAs, and layouts.
Maintain and regularly update email databases.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for campaign requirements.
Ensure emails follow qualified communication and email marketing best practices.
Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and strategies.
Required Skills
1–2 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Robust understanding of email marketing concepts and campaign management.
Experience with email marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to create engaging and grammatically correct email content.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
